Frowsery

My brain is full and I have a lot left to do tonight.  This calls for a quick reboot in order to clear my mind and get my shoulders down from around my ears.  In addition to an episode of The Wire and some knitting, I will fill my prescription for one Dr.  Manda.

Dr. Manda:

• a generous pour of tequila
• some ginger syrup
• club soda

A couple of weeks ago I realized that “idea thinner” was a really good drink name and was, to my knowledge, unclaimed. Today I think I’ve discovered just the thing worthy of the name.

Idea Thinner:

• a generous pour of tequila
• a splash of pineapple juice
• Fresca to taste

Refreshing and sweet — but not too sweet — the Idea Thinner is perfect for lounging around on a hot day while trying to relax and live in the moment.
